Domestic orders placed before 4 PM ET will ship out the following business day, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
For international orders, please expect 8-14 business days for transit.

Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wearlanes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions.
We offer free shipping for exchanges and returns for store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Please note that exchanges and returns for store credit are free. Returns to the original form of payment will incur a $5.95 processing fee plus a restocking fee of $3.25, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At LANES, we want you to love your sunglasses. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all packaging and accessories.
Please note, for items purchased as part of a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging BOGO items.
