Most orders ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

All orders of $100 and above receive complimentary free shipping via USPS and free returns.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes will be calculated and due at the time of delivery. The recipient is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping timelines may vary by destination and customs clearance delays.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within the below carrier-designated window.

Domestic (USA): 2-5 business days

International: 8-14 business days (varies by destination)

We encourage you to use your primary home or work address for your order. LANES does not offer package reships, rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations. Please make sure that you will be at your temporary address at the time of delivery to ensure that your product is received.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Sunglasses showing any signs of wear (e.g., scratches, bent frames) will not be eligible for return.
• Each customer is allowed one return per style. We do not allow multiple returns of the same product.
  

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@wearlanes.com or use our contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Important Notes:

• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
• Once your return is approved, item(s) must be shipped within 10 business days. If we do not receive shipping confirmation within this timeframe, your return request may be canceled
• Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in future orders being made final sale.
• We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions above.

We offer free shipping for exchanges and returns for store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Please note the following terms:

• Exchanges and returns for store credit free of charge.
• Returns to the original form of payment will incur a $5.95 processing fee plus a restocking fee of $3.25, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For items purchased as part of a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging BOGO items.

While we’re unable to offer free returns or exchanges on international orders at this time, we’re happy to process your refund if you cover the return shipping cost and return the item(s) within the 14-day window.

You'll be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, minus processing and restocking fees for returns to the original form of payment.

Exchanges and returns for store credit will avoid the processing and restocking fees.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
